INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

IN THE LOGO COMPETITION

  THE POWER OF DISCOVERY is a two-year project of 4 European schools from Poland, Latvia, Greece and Bulgaria with the common idea to combine classical and innovative education, professional development of schools, students and teachers with STEAM topics - Science - Technology - Engineering - Arts - mathematics.

  The objectives of the project "The Power of Discovery" are: students from four schools in the partner countries:

Szkola Podstawowa nr 3 z Oddzialami Integracyjnymi im. Adama Mickiewicza - Poland,

Gulbisa pamatskola - Latvia,

1st Junior High School of Chrisoupolis - Greece,

Sredno uchilishte “Vasil Levski” - Bulgaria

through the POWER OF DISCOVERY to expand and enrich their knowledge and experience in the field of 

STEAM: Science - Technology - Engineering - Arts - Mathematics and their application .

Each partner school holds a project logo competition among its students and selects one winning logo. This logo will participate in the competition with the project logo chosen by each partner country.

Terms of the competition:

Each school can present only one logo project.

The design of the logo must be original, attractive, original and easily recognizable.

The participants in the competition should be holders of the copyrights of their projects.

The design for the logo should be developed in color.

Your proposal must be in .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .png format. It can be a computer drawing, scanned or photographed on paper.

The logo design must be accompanied by information on which school and country it is selected from. 

The Power of Discovery team reserves the right to use the received logo projects for exhibitions, publications and other activities in order to promote the talent of students, for charity and to advertise the activities of schools participating in the project.

By participating in the competition, the participants agree that if their project is the winner of the competition, they provide free of charge all rights to their development. Project evaluation criteria: Graphic clarity of the sign; Originality; Correspondence with the content of the topic of the competition.

The first-place logo project will become the logo of The Power of Discovery project.

Deadline for submission of proposals: March 19, 2021.

The selection of the logo of the project The Power of Discovery will be done by electronic voting

The electronic voting will take place from March 25, 2021 to March 31, 2021.

  The results of the voting and ranking of the logo projects will be announced on April 02, 2021 on the project website and on the websites of the partner schools.
